It is an easy-to-apply hair mist designed to keep the hair soft and tangle free throughout the day. It provides nourishment to natural hair, and can also be used to keep synthetic hair tangle-free (wigs, etc)
To obtain a dry-finish, apply the product to dry hair, then comb through, or style with the fingertips.
If you prefer the wet-look, apply the product to damp or wet hair.
